Setup 2.
re-Install Applications Causing The Error
*It’s often the case that programs can either become corrupted or damaged, leading your system to save the Visual C++ components it requires incorrectly. In order to rectify this problem, it’s recommended that you re-Install any application causing the VC++ errors, which can be done by following the steps below:
1. Click Start > Control Panel
2. Click “Add / Remove Programs”
3. Find the program you need to reinstall
4. Click the “Remove” icon next to the program to uninstall it
5. Restart your PC & reinstall your program

Setup 3.
Clean Out the Registry
- Download "Advanced SystemCare" from here: http://goo.gl/lJzutf
- Scan your PC:
1. Open Advanced SystemCare
2. from "Care" Label: press "Select All" then > "SCAN"
3. When it done, just Restart your PC, and Test your Application Again.
